The Professional Certificate in Real Estate Valuation (PCREV) was established to address Singapore's declining valuation manpower pipeline. By creating a recognised professional certification pathway, SISV aims to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and professional practice in the real estate valuation sector.

About SISV & VGP Division

The Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) is Singapore's premier professional body for surveyors and valuers, established in 1982 when the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and the Singapore Institute of Valuers merged.

The Valuation & General Practice (VGP) Division oversees professional standards and education for the valuation profession, and PCREV is the division's flagship training programme for aspiring and practising property valuers.
