A nationally recognised, practice-oriented certification pathway developed by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) under the Valuation & General Practice (VGP) Division.
The Professional Certificate in Real Estate Valuation (PCREV) was established to address Singapore's declining valuation manpower pipeline. By creating a recognised professional certification pathway, SISV aims to bridge the critical gap between academic learning and professional practice in the real estate valuation sector.
The programme delivers applied, practitioner-led education that is aligned with professional valuation standards and Singapore's regulatory environment — complementing existing academic routes while offering a more affordable, locally relevant alternative to overseas accreditation.
Establish a recognised professional certification pathway for aspiring and practising valuers in Singapore.
Strengthen SISV's role as the national professional education leader in valuation training.
